- Damages in Transit: Any damage must be reported within 2 business days of receipt. Please provide photos and supporting documents.
- Quality Concerns: Claims related to product quality must be submitted within 7 days of delivery, along with batch details and evidence.
- Other Claims/Returns: Any other claims must be made within 5 days of delivery.
- Authorization Required: Returns will not be accepted without prior written approval from our team.
- Condition of Returns: Products must be in their original, sealed, and unaltered packaging. Opened or used products are not eligible for return.
- Non-Returnable Items:
- Chemicals, oils, and perishable items
- Expired products
- Special order or custom formulations
- Final Sale: All special/custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable.
