Erythritol

Erythritol is a low-calorie sugar alcohol used as a natural sweetener, providing sweetness without raising blood sugar, often used in sugar-free and low-calorie foods.

Erythritol is a naturally occurring sugar alcohol (polyol) that offers a clean, sweet taste at about 60–70% the sweetness of sugar, with virtually no calories (0.2 kcal/g). It is found naturally in fruits like grapes and melons, but is commercially produced through fermentation of glucose. Erythritol is widely used in low-carb, keto, and diabetic-friendly formulations due to its zero glycemic impact and excellent digestibility.
