Galactooligosaccharides (GOS)

Galactooligosaccharides (GOS) are prebiotic fibers made of short chains of galactose molecules. They promote the growth of beneficial gut bacteria (like Bifidobacteria), support digestive health, improve mineral absorption, and may strengthen immune function.

Galactose‑based oligosaccharides that resist digestion in upper GI tract and are fermented by beneficial gut flora. Often derived from lactose.
